Zapid provides web hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, WordPress hosting, and application deployment services.

• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the services

4. Payment and Billing

Services are billed according to the pricing plan you select. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all charges incurred in your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zapid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will be immediately revoked.
